Let's Not Be Crabs, Ladies

Supporting each other will never be the reason for my failure, because when one woman advances, we all advance. I want to thank all the women who along the way have offered their support, strength, and inspiration. Because of you, I’ve learned the value of female sisterhood and the power we have when we lift each other up. Just as you have supported me, I will do the same, because together we are stronger, and by uniting, each of us can achieve great things. We learn as we go.

It fills me with so much joy to see my colleagues and friends reach their goals, because the success of each one is an inspiration for all. There is no competition when we understand that there is enough for everyone.

When we support and celebrate together, we create an environment where every goal reached is one more step toward a better future.
